* Apparent from infancy, manifested in a cluster. Only a paediatrician, clinical psychologist or psychiatrist can make diagnosis based on the DSM IV Criteria, Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, published by the American Psychiatric Association (APA).
