"Compelling Value". That’s what Savoy Suites, a maiden venture of Ascot Hotels and Resorts Ltd, claims to offer corporate visitors. For the international class serviced apartments in Noida’s Sector 16, the concept is simple: to make sure people stay for a minimum of two weeks (preferably one month) and charge them half the rate they’d pay in a hotel. "Emphasis has been laid on providing a user-friendly, efficient, informal apartment ideally suited for both middle- and senior-level business people travelling alone or with family for a period of stay exceeding a week," says ceo Wadia Parkash. Savoy Suites comprise 44 fully furnished apartments with a choice of one or two-bedroom units. They come with a spacious living room and an Italian kitchenette, a fully functional office desk with internet connectivity.
The central atrium of the complex has an informal lounge with a well-stocked bar and pool table. There are two conference rooms, one in-house convenience store for consumables and daily housekeeping, and inhouse laundry service. The rooftop has a health club and an outdoor swimming pool, besides a jacuzzi and steam-room. Besides their own kitchenettes, the residents also have the option of two dining restaurants from the Old World Hospitality group as well as a McDonald’s for a quick bite. The price: Rs 2,500 a day inclusive of breakfast, net and health club facilities.
