The facts that tumbled out after Abdul Karim Telgi, the kingpin of the stamp paper scam, was put in a near "hypnotic trance" after a stiff dose of the "truth serum", have surpassed the most fantastic of imaginations. Telgi also said that he paid Chhagan Bhujbal to get his work done. Meanwhile, lawyers are debating whether the results of a truth-serum test can be produced as evidence. The sit, on its part, has summoned both Bhujbal and Deshmukh for interrogation.
