Back-to-back wins for India and the series is forced into a decider in Bengaluru. Like in the third T20 in Visakhapatnam, India dished out a clinical performance to beat South Africa by 82 runs in Rajkot in the fourth game. Batting first, India’s show was all about Hardik Pandya and the vintage Dinesh Karthik. While Hardik upped the tempo after a top-order collapse, DK once again showed why he deserves to be on that Australia bus for the T20 World Cup later this year with a 27-ball 55. It was also his maiden T20 fifty since making his debut in 2006 as India posted 169/6. In reply, South Africa were never in the chase and kept on losing wickets. The highlight of Indian bowling was Avesh Khan’s three wickets in an over dismissing Rassie van der Dussen, Marco Jansen and Keshav Maharaj. In the end, South Africa finished at 87/9 in 16.5 overs. Temba Bavuma went retired hurt and didn’t bat again. Get IND vs SA fourth T20 highlights.
