Israel: Protests Against PM Netanyahu's Legal Reforms Continue

Thousands of Israelis continue to protest against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's legal overhaul. The amendments limit the power of Israel's Supreme Court to strike down Knesset legislation, limit the power of the Supreme Court to review administrative acts and increase the influence of the Executive and Legislature in judicial appointments among other measures. While critics call the amendments as a turn towards authoritarianism, Netanyahu has called protesters 'anarchists'.
