I wish that Naseer took the trouble to learn the history of Polish Experience under German and Soviet occupation, before talking about it. There was no Polish government in place during the occupation. What remained of Poland was called the Government General, and it was governed by Governor Hans Frank appointed by Hitler. In case of the Jewish Ghettos (labelled by the SS as "autonomous Jewish districts") the SS was the government. Nominal governments of the Ghettos, were the Jewish Councils. But an SS officer was attached to each Council and he was the real government. There is no possible parallel between what is happening in Kashmir and what was happening in Nazi occupied Poland.

Like other commenters, I am chagrined by your use of the fallacious phrase "Polish government." The one and only Polish government during WW2 was exiled in London from which it orchestrated the Polish resistance in Poland against Nazi Germany. Please make a correction and refrain from misinforming your readers!

Please STOP the soiling of the good name of Poland. For your info. there was no Polish gov. in Poland during German-Russian occupation of Poland[1939-1945].
-There were not Polish Concentration Camps,
    - The German Nazi established The Auschwitz/Birkenau Camps on Polish soil.
    - The German Nazi established ghettos on occupied Polish soil.
Please do not feed myth about WW II to wold's population. Please do not write a new history of WW II .

This article has made a grave historic error in stating that a "Polish government" in German-occupied Poland put out an order about movement or transport restrictions for Jews. The historic truth is that there was No Polish Government active in any part of Poland during WW2 from 6 October 1939. This is true of the German-occupied areas on the western side AND the Soviet/Russian-occupied areas on the eastern half - ALL of the pre-WW2 Polish state was occupied. Unlike other European countries that collaborated with Germany, like France (with the Vichy Government in the north, and supposedly 'free' France to the south) and others, the true Polish government never surrendered to Germany (nor to the Soviets/Russians), and did not cooperate with them in any way.

The government in charge of German-occupied Poland during WW2 was the German government, or the General Government as it was called for central occupied-Poland, which was itself put in place by Germany. The German-occupied Polish territories were totally controlled by Germany, and the only true Polish government was established in France until it also fell to German invasion and subjugation, after which it moved to London in the UK.

URGENT: Please remove all the words "Polish government" in this article, and put in German government, as that is the ONLY true and acceptable way to refer to the organisation that implemented these laws against Jews. You should also be aware that many transport methods specified "Germans Only", which thereby excluded the native ethnic Poles. Please make these changes urgently, and please notify me when they have been made, many thanks.
