How do you contend with the following problems that the court had to deal with?
    1. None of the various parties, Hindu or Muslim, had a clear documentary title to the land. So, the decision had to be based on usage.
    2. The railing dividing the inner from the outer courtyard had been constructed by the British, because the Hindus were contesting the Muslim right to access to any part of that property.
    3. The Hindus had open, uncontested and exclusive access to worship in the outer courtyard, from around 1857.
    4. The Muslims did NOT have that access for the inner courtyard and the interior of the mosque. It was always contested by the Hindus.

So, what justification do you have to award everything to the Muslims? I understand that is an elegant solution in keeping with your ideology, but why should the rest of us care?

No Hindus will live with the pride of rectified, however late, one of the millions of injustices inflicted upon Hindus by muslims.
