The crypto market was trading in the red with loss on January 27, 2023. Many cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) were trading in the red. Binance (BNB) was, however, trading with gains. HyperChainX (HYPER) was the most trending crypto of the day.

The broader crypto market was down by 0.49 per cent to $1.04 trillion, according to data on Coinmarketcap.com at 3:05 PM IST. The overall trading volume dropped by 13.43 per cent to $54.34 billion.

Polygon (MATIC) was the top gainer of the day with an increase of 8.10 per cent, while Threshold (T) was the top loser with a total drop of 12.65 per cent in price.

Cryptocurrency Prices

Bitcoin: BTC fell 0.06 per cent to $22,941.31. BTC’s trading volume was down by 18.35 per cent to $25.58 billion. BTC’s trade was highly volatile today with a combination of rise and fall.

BTC was swinging between 22,986 and $22,970 over the last 24 hours. BTC’s dominance is currently 42.4 per cent.

Ethereum: ETH was mostly trading in a mix of red and green today. It fell around 6 AM. It was down by 1.58 per cent to $1,579.89. It was fluctuating between $1,607 and $1,579. Its trading volume was down by 18.81 per cent to $8.37 billion.

Other Altcoins

SOL’s price was down by 2.35 per cent to $23.85.

Ripple (XRP) fell by 0.71 per cent to $0.4085 and its 24-hour trading volume was down by 19.15 per cent to $854.4 million.

Cardano (ADA) was up by 0.88 per cent to $0.3788. Cardano’s 24-hour trading volume was down by 10.24 per cent to $404.6 million.

Meme Coins

Dogecoin (DOGE) was down by 0.45 per cent to $0.08572. Its 24-hour trading volume was down by 17.04 per cent to $413.9 million.

Shiba Inu (SHIB) fell 0.46 per cent to $0.00001153.

Decentralised Finance (DeFi)

Yearn.Finance (YFI) was down by 1.58 per cent to $7,504.29. Its 24-hour trading volume fell by 34.46 per cent to $27.5 million.

Aave (AAVE) was up by 1.24 per cent to $87.01, and its 24-hour trading volume was up by 24.68 per cent to $132.9 million.

Avalanche (AVAX) gained 0.42 per cent to $18.09. Its 24-hour trading volume was up by 19.16 per cent to $462.3 million.
