The global crypto market rose by 5.11 per cent to $1.08 trillion on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, boosted by massive gains in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and other cryptos.

The total crypto trading volume over the last 24 hours was $90.95 billion, up by 20.36 per cent, Coinmarketcap reported. Bitcoin’s dominance is currently 43.74 per cent, an increase of 1.44 per cent over the previous day.

The top trending cryptocurrency was USD Coin, priced at $0.9995, up by 0.84 per cent in the last 24 hours. Conflux CFX was the top gainer, with an increase of 27.13 per cent to $0.255. The trading volume of Conflux in the last 24 hours was $893.07 million.

UNUS SED LEO was the top loser, down by 12.80 per cent at $3.37 with the trading volume of the last 24 hours at $2.41 million.

Cryptocurrency Prices

Bitcoin: Bitcoin was up 9.38 per cent to $24,531.54 in the last 24 hours. It was the top-ranking cryptocurrency in the last 24 hours with a market cap of $473.07 billion.

Ethereum: Ethereum’s price was up by 5.14 per cent to $1,684.25. Its 24-hour trading volume was $14.70 billion.

Tether: It was trading at $1.01, and its 24-hour trading volume was $67.11 billion. It was ranked third, based on its market cap.

Other Altcoins

Solana’s (SOL) price was up by 3.82 per cent to $20.45 in the last 24 hours.

Avalanche was trading at $16.50, up 2.48 per cent in the last 24 hours, while its 24-hour trading volume stood at $294.39 million.

Cardano (ADA) was up 0.03 per cent in the last 24 hours. It was ranked seventh, with a 24-hour trading volume of $534.64 million.

Meme Coins

Dogecoin (DOGE) increased by 3.27 per cent with a trading volume of $494.86 million. 

Shiba Inu was up by 2.20 per cent to $0.00001109.

Decentralised Finance (DeFi)

The DeFi crypto market cap was $53.38 billion, up 15.28 per cent over the last 24 hours.

DAI increased by 0.76 per cent to $0.9987 in the last 24 hours, while its trading volume was $883.35 million.

Aave was up 3.27per cent in the last 24 hours. Its trading volume was $88.21 million.
