The overall market rose 1.96 per cent to $1.09 trillion, even as its trading volume fell 23.98 per cent to $61.28 billion, according to Coinmarketcap.com at 11.00 am IST.
Today’s top gainer was The Graph (GRT), up 43.71 per cent to $0.2018. The top loser was Frax Share (FXS), down 1.70 per cent to $12.74 in the last 24 hours on Wednesday morning.
Cryptocurrency Prices
Bitcoin: BTC gained 1.53 per cent to $23,238.12. BTC’s trade was highly volatile, with its price trading in a narrow range between $22,917 and $23,268. Around 11.30 pm IST on February 7, 2023, BTC experienced a sudden fall in price that lasted for half an hour. Since then, prices have picked up gradually till 6.50 am on February 8, 2023. The lowest price for BTC was $22,692.03. BTC’s trading volume was up by 20.84 per cent at $24,329,888,222.
Ethereum: ETH’s price gained 2.47 per cent to $1,676.46 in the last 24 hours to Tuesday morning. ETH was also experiencing a volatile trade similar to BTC. Around 11 pm on February 7, 2023, prices rose rapidly. ETH’s price surged from $1,632 to $1,672 within 30 minutes. Its trading volume levels surged from $6.44 billion to $7.06 billion. The lowest price for ETH was $1,628.67. ETH’s trading volume was up by 24.35 per cent at $8,522,597,591.

Solana’s (SOL) price was up by 2.49 per cent at $23.68 today.
Ripple (XRP) was up by 1.16 per cent at $0.4007 and its 24-hour trading volume was $1,024,880,927.
Cardano (ADA) was up by 2.99 per cent to $0.398. Cardano’s 24-hour trading volume was up by 34.02 per cent to $400,569,475.
Binance (BNB) was up by 1.19 per cent to $331.86. Its 24-hour trading volume was up by 26.41 per cent to $532,798,788.

Dogecoin gained 1.55 per cent to $0.09234. Its 24-hour trading volume was up 14.50 per cent to $529,748,458.
Shiba Inu was down by 0.01 per cent to $0.00001419.
Decentralised Finance (DeFi)
Yearn.Finance (YFI) was up by 2.39 per cent to $7,793.71. Its 24-hour trading volume was up by 19.74 per cent to $30,870,427.
Avalanche (AVAX) was up by 2.82 per cent at $20.63 and its 24-hour trading volume was up by 32.03 per cent to $314,226,916.
Aave (AAVE) was trading with a gain of 2.43 per cent at $88.71 and its 24-hour trading volume was at $83,978,688.
