KSH Logistics Expands Operation Across India, Expected To Register 50% Growth Y-O-Y

KSH Logistics, India’s leading integrated supply chain logistics solutions provider offers line feed, in-plant operations, DC consolidation model and network optimisation services through its A-Grade compliant Multi-Client Facility (MCF) Warehouses spread over a million square feet area and Mobility Services through 100 fleets across key markets in India.

In an exclusive interview with Mr. Deepak Tiwari, COO of KSH Logistics.

1.    Please give us an overview of KSH Logistics.

KSH Logistics is an integrated supply-chain logistics solution provider with over two decades of presence in India. We have over 8,00,000 square feet of dedicated warehousing space and over 3,00,000 square feet of MCF space and provide Mobility Services through 100+ fleets in key Indian markets.
The solutions we provide at KSH Logistics include inventory management, cost optimization, order fulfillment, and distribution capabilities, all while promoting sustainability and ensuring the safety of products and people. We also provide transportation services with features such as live tracking, ePOD, geo-fencing, and others. To businesses of all sizes, we offer customized end-to-end supply chain solutions as well as a one-of-a-kind plug-and-play and pay-per-use model for demand-driven warehousing. 

2.    Who are your target audience and what are the services that you offer to them?

We provide customized end-to-end supply chain solutions to a wide range of industries, including FMCD, FMCG, Automotive, Industrials, General Merchandise, Retail, Home Furnishing, and E-commerce. We have Multi-Client Warehousing operations in all major cities and implement cutting-edge technology tools to increase productivity and efficiency and utilize EV and CNG-based transportation solutions for all secondary deliveries. We also provide asset-light plug-and-play models with Flexi-capacity and scalability options for both long-term and short-term needs, such as overfills, festive demands, and so on. Well-equipped with modern infrastructure, we offer real-time visibility of the supply chain and assist our clients in saving up to 10% on operational costs along with complete integration of WMS & TMS solutions with their ERP systems.

3.    What are the biggest trends and innovations shaping the logistics and warehousing industry, and how is your company preparing to adapt to those changes?

The logistics and warehousing industry is increasingly adapting to advancements in technology, meeting changing customer expectations, and evolving global supply chain networks. Some of the biggest trends and innovations shaping the industry are Automation and Robotics, IoT, and AI.
We are embracing new technologies and focusing on the customers as there is a huge demand for delivering a seamless and personalized experience. Investment in last-mile delivery is improving efficiency and reducing costs. We are also environmentally conscious and are working on reducing carbon footprint, optimizing packaging solutions, and reducing waste.

4.    What are your plans for the next 5 years? 

We intend to grow exponentially by over 50% Y-O-Y and increase our footprint in all major markets. To achieve the same, we will expand our Multi-Client Warehouse Facilities across the country and build on our standalone warehousing operation and transportation services.

We also plan to open new MCFs in Bangalore and Delhi NCR to cater to the new business opportunities in the automotive and industrial sectors.  We are also in the process of expanding our fleet of EVs to help our clients meet their ESG goals. The company is investing heavily in warehouse automation and technological tools and also offers a variety of consultative services.

Our intent is to gain a large share of the regional market and is developing a solution-based approach to address space-related challenges to manage and augment supply chain efficiencies.
