Gaurav Molri shared a perfect Body Weight Workout Routine that you can do at home
Step 1: Warm Up
To start with, individuals can simply step up with a twist for 30 secs X 3 times warming up the body followed by Jumping Jacks for 30 secs X 3 times
Step 2: Strength Training (30 Secs X 3 Rounds)
Once the warm-up has finished individuals can now focus on strength training with squats followed by Pushups and then move on to Lunges and Super-man. Remember to take 10 secs breaks in between with adequate amount of water.
Step 3: Core Strengthening (30 Secs X 3 Rounds)
Post the strength training, it is now time to develop the core strength with Plank, and Russian Twist followed by Bicycle crunches, Sit-ups and Leg Raises.
Step 4: Stretching (30 Sec X 3 Rounds)
While strength exercises are important, Gaurav makes sure to end each workout session with static Stretching post-exercises. To do the same individuals can perform a Cobra Stretch followed by a Pigeon Stretch. They can also perform Cat Camel & Downward Dog for a collective stretching of muscles.
