Leveraged Growth, a niche financial consultancy driven by a young and passionate team, and led by the CEO Mr. Aswini Bajaj, a qualified CA, CS, CFA, FRM, CAIA, CIPM, CFP, RV, CCRA, CIIB, CIRA, and AIM, recently celebrated the grand opening of a new sprawling office space at 50 Chowringhee, opposite Birla Planetarium. Located at the heart of the city, this change signifies a “new beginning” for the company, unveiling a workspace that reflects its commitment to a homely, tech-savvy, and aesthetic work environment.
Mr. Bajaj, a teacher and mentor to 30,000+ students all over the globe in their pursuit of professional designations such as CFA and FRM, has also been actively involved in the growth of the finance and start-up space through Leveraged Growth. The company mentors and helps start-ups and other listed global companies with market research reports, pitch decks, valuation models, annual report drafting, and other such services.
Another visionary step taken was that of merging the professional workspace with the CFA and FRM classes taken by Aswini, and bringing them under the same roof. This new classroom, with state-of-the-art technology and other amenities, is designed to keep professionals close to their studies while igniting young students' aspirations toward a future in the finance domain.
The day began with a traditional havan around noon, seeking the blessings of Goddess Saraswati for wisdom and knowledge, followed by lunch for friends and family. The evening saw a diverse group of 150+ guests including clients, startup founders, company CXOs, stock market experts, deans, professors, students, and other stalwarts in the finance space, engaging in meaningful discussions over high tea and developing industry networks.
This new, intellectually designed space incorporating the ethos of the Geeta and positivity with an aesthetic and modern twist, had some meaning attached to every little detail. The lotus decoration symbolized goddess Laxmi and Saraswati’s station, inviting their presence into the new premises. Each meeting room, representing five core values at the heart of Leveraged Growth, bore a name that embodied these principles - Medha (Intelligence), Dhriti (Courage), Dhairya (Patience), Dharma (Righteous), and Dakshya (Efficiency). Mr. Rajiv Dhar, the interior designer whose creative vision transformed the office, commented that the quick decision-making by Aswini, supplemented with superb project management by the team, enabled the entire project to be executed in a mere 50 days.
The inauguration event was a day filled with celebrations, camaraderie, and a shared vision for the future and this new-age office space serves as a testament to the young team’s motivation to keep growing and contributing to this budding ecosystem.
