BBC reports that Police in Karachi, Pakistan, say they have arrested two paramilitary soldiers seen killing a young man, Sarfaraz Shah.

Six members of the Sindh Rangers were shown surrounding the young man, before he was shot from  close range. The killing was captured on video that has been telecast widely

According to the BBC, the journalists' union in Karachi have said that the TV cameraman who shot the video had received threats and was being "pressured [by authorities] to say it was a fake".
