Mohamed ElBaradei, the opposition leader and also the winner of the Nobel Peace Prize in 2005 for his work as the director of the International Atomic Energy Agency, who was placed under house arrest today

We are not waiting for help or assistance from the outside world, but what I expect from the outside world is to practice what you preach, is to defend the rights of the Egyptian to their universal values."
