Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra, on Friday, took to Instagram to share the first video from their wedding and we must say, it is nothing short of ethereal, just like their fans imagined it to be. The video has Kiara entering the wedding location under a ‘phoolon ki chaadar’ in her pink lehenga as a version of Shershaah’s ‘Ranjha’ plays in the background.
As she reaches closer to Sidharth, they hug and eventually kiss each other after exchanging garlands as flowers are showered upon them. As the couple celebrate their special moment, their friends and family cheer on.

Vishal Punjabi of The Wedding Filmer, who shot the wedding, opened up on the redux version of ‘Ranjha’. “Very few humans are so generous with their love that they are willing to share it with the world. She wanted to walk towards Sidharth on ‘Ranjha’, which is their song. “But it’s a sad song!” I argued. “But it’s our song!” She maintained it! So we rewrote the lyrics with respect to fit the situation we were in, and suddenly, everyone’s dreams came true!” he shared as he posted the video.

After tying the knot in Jaisalmer on Tuesday, Sidharth and Kiara headed to Delhi to be at his home and even hosted a reception in Delhi on Thursday. They are expected to throw a reception for their friends and colleagues in the film industry on Sunday.
Their three-day wedding at Suryagarh in Jaisalmer was attended by many Bollywood celebrities including Karan Johar, Shahid Kapoor, Juhi Chawla, among a few others. The ‘Shershaah’ couple announced their wedding on social media with a caption that read, “Ab humari permanent booking hogayi hai. We seek your blessings and love on our journey ahead ❤️🙏”
Sidharth and Kiara were welcomed at their Delhi house with huge fanfare and the couple even danced on dhol beats.
