Aly Goni considers himself very lucky to have got the opportunity to go offer Umrah, in Saudi Arabia, during this ongoing month of Ramzan. The actor says that he has been wanting to do this for a long time now.
“I have been wanting to offer Umrah for many years. Finally, I have planned and am going along with my childhood friend Asim Riaz. I am going for a week. Last year, my parents went. I believe in the blessings of my parents as well as Allah's. Life is good,” he says.
On being asked about the importance of Ramzan he says, “It's a holy month of purification. I always look forward to it. I keep fast every year.”

Meanwhile, Aly Goni is on the lookout for some meaty roles on the work front. “I am open to substantial work on OTT. I haven’t taken up work on TV consciously. If some great interesting offer comes from TV, only then I will consider it. I believe in living in present. A perfect balance in personal and professional life is important. I pray for peace for everyone including my fans who shower love unconditionally on me,” he concludes.
