The Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor-starrer ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’ is seeing a successful theatrical run in its third week, domestically and worldwide. The much-loved film collected Rs 122 crore in its first week at the worldwide box office, and raked in Rs 103.75 crore in India. It has not only been loved in India but also in territories such USA, UK, UAE and Australia.
In its extended first week, the film is witnessing steady collections at the worldwide box office, and now all eyes are on the second weekend collection of ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’ now. Going ahead, the film will see tough competition from Rani Mukerji's ‘Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway’ and Kapil Sharma’s ‘Zwigato’, which means the second week for ‘TJMM’ is crucial.

‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’ is helmed by Luv Ranjan, produced by Luv Films’ Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg, and presented by T- Series’ Gulshan Kumar and Bhushan Kumar. The film was released during the Holi 2023 weekend, on March 8, 2023, and also stars Anubhav Singh Bassi, Dimple Kapadia and Boney Kapoor.
On the work front, Shraddha will soon begin shooting for ‘Stree 2’, while Ranbir will next be seen in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s ‘Animal’.
