A Washington State patrol trooper spotted a driver violating  the rules of the road by passing off a mannequin seated in the passenger seat as a 'young lady', to drive in the High Occupancy Vehicle lane, reported Yahoo News.

The HOV lane is reserved for carpools, buses, motorcycles and any other vehicles carrying two or more people.
