If I draw a conclusion of Indo-Pak talk at Agra, I would say that it was adefeat of the Government of India. You have provided legitimacy to the butcherof Kargil who was responsible for the killing of more than 600 soldiers and theplight of more than 1700 soldiers who became handicapped.
Shri Jaswant Singh was talking about Tashkent. In this regard, I would liketo remind that our two former Prime Ministers Smt. Indira Gandhi and Shri RajivGandhi lost their lives because of this cross border terrorism. They have madethe supreme sacrifice for the independent of this country.
The hon. Minister was talking about ‘Caravan of peace’ but this is the‘Caravan of dead bodies’ and it is all because of cross border terrorism.Mr. Clinton during his visit termed Kashmir as disputed territory. But from ourside, no responsible person contradicted it.

In the press conference of 15th July, General Musharraf levelled anallegation about the aggression on Siachin. He said that Pakistan is supportingfreedom fighters and not the terrorists. Though I have a great regard for youbut entire country is saying this thing that you have not uttered even a singleword against the dictatorship in Pakistan. But we have not reacted to it. Onehundred crore people of this country are of the opinion that in Agra talk, theBJP and its supporting parties got a serious set back on the diplomatic front.
