I don't think that Mr.Mehta is not aware of the facts of this case; you are being too charitable towards him. But you are bang on when you say that both the editors need their quotas of imported wines/cheese respectively.
One can't blame the people if they think Tihar is "Parliament Annex II".

>> I think it was Vinod Mehta
He was so busy calculating the wines and imported cheese for editor the Congress "donations" would buy, he got his Math for the parliament vote wrong.
Now, he is a spent force. Congress is no longer following the politics of consensus and hence, needs no dalaals."

But SC will have to decide since Amar Singh paid bribes then for whose sake ,for what purpose ,whose money exchanged hands and who was the ultimate beneficiary of Amar's Bribes ?
That is MOTIVE for the crime will have to be brought in open .As every crime has a motive.
But this case too will go on lingering like Cghara Ghotala and other Political bribe case for another 50 yrs.
Anrab is a classic act. He aggressively questions to BJP as to why the ‘crucial’ footage at Amar Singh’s house was lost and why the footage was not played on the day of the vote. Any donkey on the street knows who Rajdeep Sardesai works for. But BJP is to blame!
