It will be interesting to know what is the source of fund used by Gunvantrai Joshi to pay to his lawyer, Vivek Mapara. Since in case of Gujarat, conspiracy theories matter more than truth, I can postulate a theory that Gunvantrai was paid by Sanjeev Bhatt, who in turn is on payroll of Congress.

One would have to blind-fold oneself in order not to see the mala fides in the appointment of the Shah Commission.

The HC has ruled. Those who disagree can appeal to the SC. The same HC decision in a split verdict upholding Justice Mehta's appointment as Lokaykta was applauded by some. Instead of cribbing on these fora, the Gujarat Government has appealed the order in the SC.

If those who agree with the decision can talk about it, then those who disagree can also talk about it. By the way, I did not criticize the court decision. The court decision may be right. That does not mean that the appointment of the Shah Commission was not mischievous and malicious.

Signature of Modi's MODUS OPERANDI" is evident in the appointment of JUSTICE  SHAH COMMISSION.  A repeat of NANAVATI COMMISION  can be safely expected in every aspect. ( a HARISH SALVE script written for Modi , isn't it?)
