This story makes one wonder if we are living in the 21st century or is it unbridled barbarism that pervails in India. This story is so fantastic and out of the realm of what one believes to be possible that it shatters any sense of belonging to a modern nation. Next time some one talks about India being the next global power, it might be prudent to refer them to this story.
