First , the aspirant civil servant must be a known slave to congress. second, he must have been recommended at least by the servant maid of congress president. Third, if he wants a long lasting posting upto sixty five years of age, he must be recommended by a state gynaecologist. If he is to get deputation to world bank, he must be recommended by Ahmed Patel or Tom Vadakkan.Where is the question of honesty in honouring metiorious officers?A person land grabbing fame may get qualified to become a secretary over numerous seniors. In the name of no 'withch hunting' this Ganghiji's three monkeys rolled into one-PM is trying hard to convince Indian public that there is a reason for him not acting against corrupt babus and correct politicians.

If Manmohan Singh had given the advice to himself and takes it seriously, the country would be much better.
And besides, how the heck he expects civil servants to take decisions boldly? Does anyone remember the 2G note prepared by a senior finance ministry official and what happened to him?
