When you practice Yoga , you should not eat non-veg foods. It would do more harm than without Yoga.

A non-veg food contains high quantities of nitrogen compound waste products like ammonia. For a common man it is enough to know that Urine of human smells like urine because of break down of urea and elimination of ammonia.

The cell metobolism changes with Yoga, giving the practitioner supple muscles and also longevity. But eating non-veg food and practicing Yoga do the exact opposite, the poisonous ammonia reaches to the deeper levels of body tissues because Yoga takes the energy or body metobolism higher to the nerve cells. For a common man it means , change of energy flow in the body.

Yoga ,unfortunately become a fashionable ,commercial product just like cat walk or a fashion show without understanding the fact that it is intricately connected to the food and timings of intake of food.

A Yogi should eat only vegetarian food without fish or egg. And the quantity of food consumed should be reduced, or "moderated".
