I understand Bhushan has taken (or is about to take) the following action regarding the allegedly faked CDs and other allegations.

1. An FIR alleging forgery with intent to defame.
2. Contempt of court petitions in the SC for attempt to influence judges whose decisions in the Mulayam/Amar Singh tape and 2G licence cancellation cases are awaited.
3. Defamation case against Digvijay Singh for falsely alleging that the Bhushan's had undervalued a property in Allahabad.

If it comes to the Bhushans' word vs that of Amar Singh or Digvijay Singh, I know whom I would believe.

1 CD has been got checked in an American Lab who has given report that Voice of Shanti Bhusan has been doctored at least 8 places.There are blanks etc.There is pasting at sicx places .

2.CD has got the  verbatim portions of Mulayam Singh's voice lifted from the old CD which Prashant Bhusan had himself given to SC in 2006 against Amar SINGH .

Hearing was completed since long and SC had reserve dthe decision with instructions that no portions of the CD will be made public.

The new CD has done exactly the same.

3,Prashant Bhusan says he is smells hand of Congress Govt and Amar Singh .An din two three days the Contempt of Court proceedings will be appealed against Amar Singh who is the main culprit behind the new CD>

4 The new CD is meant  to sabotage Lokpal Bill and 2 G Scam in which Prashant Bhushan is the appellant before SC and on whose behest SC ordered CBI investigations under SC's control .Thereafter Raja was arrested and the case burst open.
