Crimson Vs Ochre
Reading The History of Violence (Mar 24), one is startled to note that it took a clash between rss and cpi(m) activists in Delhi for the national media to write about their decades-long bloody rancour in the Malabar belt of Kerala. I read several reports on the various layers of the gory tale but your article best revealed the details—true, unbiased.

Clearly, solutions to my country’s problems lie with the Communists. We had so many years of Congress rule interspersed with saffron regimes. Now, let Communism be given a chance.

"Historian M.G.S. Narayanan says the principal blame rests with the CPI(M) since it's the dominant party in Kannur and now heads the ruling Left coalition. "

Even if the blame lies with the BJP and RSS, they must continue the fight against the commie thugs. Two eyes(and an ear as a bonus) for an eye must be the policy. Thats the only language communists understand.

" "The CPI(M) needs to accept that it's but one of the political parties, vying for its rightful place in a democratic framework," says Narayanan. "Sadly, the party does not subscribe to this notion of democracy, of allowing its rivals political freedom."

What great discovery!! I had never known this before. I had always thought that the commies were the defenders of democracy and freedom. Is that not so?

Marxism is similar to Islam in many respects. Those who quit Marxism is killed, as the fate of apostates in Islam. In Nandhigram extreme violence broke out because the two confronting parties were Marxists and Islamists. That is the reason they supplement their efforts to destroy the world civilisation.

In a way Left and Islam have another similarity. Both are big cry babies. As long as they are vandalising the society, as long as they are the trouble creators, they are happy. The day someone gives back to them in their own coin.. they start crying and how!!!!

The hammer and sickle were perhaps chosen as the communist parties' symbols to indicate their representing the interests of farmers harvesting corn and manual labourers in industry. In the post-industrial age, they seem to still represent, very appropriately, the current violent tendencies of marxists who are converting democracies into 'demon'archies, operating as political killers using the sickle to cut dissenting people's necks and the hammer to knock the opponents on their heads, both in kerala [kannur] and west bengal [nandigram]!
Marxists seem to have had a high degree of forsight in the choice of their symbols!

The solution to this country's problems lies with the Communists. We had 60 odd years of Congi rule, interspersed with saffron rule, but there is no end in sight for a common man's woes. Let communism be given a chance in states other than it is in power i.e Bengal and Kerala.

Why India should become a province of China? If commies ever come to power in India, they will make India the new Tibet.

The BJP-RSS combine must be congratulated for bringing the CPM's murderous games to the national stage, by attacking the CPM headquarters in Delhi. So far, this murderous party has carried on with its murders and elimination of its opponents in Kerala utterly nonchalantly, because of the indulgence shown by the national media and the congress party. Even in West Bengal, Mamatha Bannerji has been, for years, crying hoarse about murders of her party workers by the CPM goons, but the media has silently watched without raising even a ball pen! For thye national media Nandigram is passe. All this has been changed with the saffron brigade going into attack mode in Delhi. No longer can the media shut its lenses to the barbarism of the CPM and no longer can the country remain a moot spectator.
On the day the attack took place in Delhi, Arnab Goswami of Times TV was frothing at his mouth at the destruction of Sitaram Yechuri's car!! This attitude of the media, where everything the BJP/RSS do must be wrong and whatever the CPM does is in defence of democracy must change and the sooner, better for it and the country.

"Jahangir, who is in India on an official invitation, said: "It is a challenge both for the government and for non-state actors to defuse tensions and address the root causes ahead of time."

She praised the democratic values of India, saying the vast majority of Indians respect secular traditions//

Study and reflect on what happened, Ms Jehangir?
Please go to the "ROOT CAUSES" of Political Islam that came UNINVITED to India, with SWORD and FIRE, and killed tens of millions, destroyed their temples and Stupas, stole their lands-and now growing at twice the Hindu population growth?

This is UNACPTABLE to any people with minimal self respect and dignity.

Even a minimal sense would have taught these "Moderate" Muslim misleaders that communalism, inolerance and hatred for INFIDELS are the "gifts" of Islam to India. There is now an ever-growing Hindu-Buddhist renaissance that would unite all Indics and throw out the imperial Islam out of India-lock, stock and barrel, despite the insane and inane sputerring of the "Secular" fanatic Congress-Muslim-Left unholy front, masquerading as leaders of Hindus and Buddhists!

Your days of misleadership are over!

Communism in India is a bankrupt ideology and Kerala is its last bastion. Just talk to any industrialist about their views on Kerala and you'll know why Kerala hasn't grown despite having a fully literate population. The communist party may protect workers who have jobs, but its policies end up destroying so many more jobs which otherwise could have come to God's own country. The saffron brigade of course is at the other end of the spectrum, equally pathetic and bankrupt ideologically.

Pakistani Genocide in Bangladesh///Bloody history of Islam needs to be studied to understand the present and to prepare for the future

//Veterans of Bangladesh's 1971 war of independence have called for their countrymen who collaborated with Pakistan to face war crimes trials.

Hundreds of the veterans who took part in the victorious war against Pakistan travelled to Dhaka to issue the call at the request of their former commanders.

They say Bangladeshis who collaborated with Pakistani forces caused the deaths of thousands of civilians.

Many of those they want tried are politically influential figures.

They include the leaders of Bangladesh's largest party , Jamaat-e-Islami - which at the time opposed the break-up of Pakistan.

To this day, the leaders of the party deny a war of liberation took place, rather calling it a civil war between Pakistanis.

They also deny involvement in a youth militia which carried out many of the killings.

One of the reasons why the veterans have launched their campaign now is that elections are being organised for December.

They want Jamaat-e-Islami, which did well in the last elections, to be banned from taking part.

Let's reflect during this Holy Week that just as Judas sold out for 30 pieces of silver leading to the Crucifixion of Jesus, the Congress Party has sold out the soul of the Hindu-Buddhist heritage, for power and profit-paving the way for the "Islamic Republic of India"- by appeasing to the Chinese terrorists against Tibetans and the Islamic terrorists (within and without) against Hindus and Buddhists.
