A draft report on Kashmir, submitted last month to the European Parliament by Baroness Emma Nicholson of Britain, demolishes Pakistan's claims on and about Kashmir almost entirely.

Remember Kargil? despite the gravest provocation and clear proof Indiadid not enter Pakistani territory. Clinton's presence in th area at that time was a wonderful coincidence. The context, situation and response-all made the world look at Pakistan beyond so called 'strategic importance'of Pakistan, which had otherwise made them refuse to look at indian side of the story. That was the beginning of the end-not even 9/11 make Pakistan look as bad as the scrupulous respect of the 'border' by India.
